Application for cancellation of contract / return
Fill out the form to request a cancellation of a contract or return of an order placed at MONE Lingerie. After sending, you will receive a confirmation on the specified email.
Submitting an application does not mean automatic approval of the return. The request will be processed according to the law and our returns policy, including the conditions for hygiene products.
How rejection happens / the return?
You can submit an application for withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation on the specified email. Our team will review the request and contact you with information on next steps.
It is important that products are returned in the condition in which they were received - unused, with intact packaging, tags and hygiene protection where applicable.
Due to hygiene reasons, some products, including underwear and intimate items, may not be returnable if they have been unsealed, used, tried on directly on the body or have broken packaging/labeling.
