The delivery cost is displayed at checkout. Free delivery may be available for orders above a specified value when stated on the website.

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Tracking information will be sent by email.

After an order is placed, our team carefully reviews and prepares it for dispatch.

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. During busy periods, promotions or limited availability, preparation may take up to 10 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and hygiene protection intact where applicable.

Claims concerning defects or non-conformity are reviewed individually. Please contact us with your order details and clear photographs of the product.

To keep your lingerie in excellent condition for longer, we recommend hand washing with a detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.

Do not iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Avoid bleach and excessive wringing.

If machine washing, use a laundry bag and a delicate low-temperature cycle. Hand washing remains the recommended option.
